Jill’s Split Pea & Potato Soup Mix

This mix makes a big pot of hearty split pea & potato soup that will take away a winter’s chill. Add chunks of ham or sausage and you have an instant entree. It also makes an excellent summer soup since many people say they like it cold!
Ingredients: split green peas, potatoes, imitation bacon bits, carrots, hickory smoked salt, celery, maltodextrin salt, raw sugar, onion, garlic, broth mix, black pepper, monosodium glutamate, roast garlic, natural flavor.
