Jill’s Elderberry Jelly

Elderberries have been used in jellies and home remedies for generations and are believed to possess many healthful properties.  Excellent stirred into plain yogurt or cottage cheese.  Spread on biscuits and toast or whip with cream cheese as a bagel topping. 8oz. Ingredients: sugar, elderberry juice, lemon juice, pectin, citric acid, canola oil.
