J.O. Spice #1 Seasoning 12oz.

J.O. Seasoning is the preferred spice for most of Maryland’s famous crab houses. Use it on crab dishes, shrimp, fish, scallops, or any other type seafood. It makes a delicious seasoning for fried chicken. Sprinkle on french fries or add it to an onion ring coating. The possibilities are endless.
Note: the difference between the 1 and 2 seasoning is the 2 seasoning has the flake rock salt in it and should really only be used for steaming crabs. The 1 contains regular salt and can be used for steaming crabs, but it can also be used on other foods.
