Description Gel dye Yellow 50 ml
Gel food coloring is becoming increasingly popular in production due to its brightness and high color stability. They allow you to achieve rich shades without changing the texture.
Ingredients: water, propylene glycol E1520, colorants E102, E133, preservative potassium sorbate, acidity regulator citric acid, thickener xanthan gum.
Not manufactured using and does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and/or their derivatives.
Recommended dosage: 0,05 – 1,0 %.
Application: confectionery, water-based products. Storage conditions: in the original packaging in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature between 5 °C and 25 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 85 %.
